4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
Rivalyst, its logo, software and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload.
7. Disclaimers
Rivalyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rivalyst is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
