We never sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email) under strict data-processing agreements.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@rivalyst.io and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.
Security
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is least-privilege and audited. We disclose any qualifying breach within 72 hours.
Children
Rivalyst is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
