Do I need to install anything?+
No. Rivalyst is browser-based. No extensions, no apps, no integrations. You log into the dashboard from any device.
How accurate is competitor matching?+
MPN-matched competitors are ~99% accurate. Title-matched competitors are reviewed by you in the dashboard — you can dismiss any that aren't real rivals.
Will eBay penalize me for using Rivalyst?+
No. We only access public listing data — the same data anyone can see by browsing eBay. We never touch your account.
How often do you re-scan competitors?+
Multiple times per day for active competitors. Price-sensitive categories (electronics, fashion) get scanned more frequently than slower-moving categories.
What if my store has 5,000+ listings?+
